This article is about the EY Catalyst Client Admin Console.
- Log into the EY Catalyst Portal – https://portal.catalyst.ey.com/.
- If you have access to more than one EY Catalyst installation, ensure that you are viewing the correct installation. (Look at the application name in the drop-down list, at the top-right corner of the interface.)
- Select EY Catalyst Client Admin Console.
- Select the Users tab.
- Select the Search button (at the right of the interface) and enter the user’s email address to make sure they don’t already exist.
- If the user account does not exist, select the Options button (above the users list).
- Next select Create User.
- In the Create User form, complete the following information:
- First Name – Enter the user’s first name.
- Last Name – Enter the user’s last name.
- Username and Email Address – Enter the user’s organizational email address.
- Language – Select UK English.
- Organization – Select the instance the user will be added to, e.g. Sandbox, Corporate, etc.
- Area – Navigate through the organization’s Area Tree to the area where the user must be added.
- Select Save to confirm.
