This article is about the EY Catalyst Client Admin Console.
- Select the Users tab.
- Select the Search button (in the upper-right corner of the interface).
- Select the User tab and search using any of the boxes provided:
- First Name – Enter the user’s first name.
- Last Name – Enter the user’s last name.
- Email Address – Search by entering the user’s email address.
- Is Activated – Set to All by default.
- Organization – Set to All by default.
- Area – Select the Edit button and find the user’s organizational location.
- Check filter – Set to All by default.
- The search results will appear in the Users list.
- To clear search filters, select Clear Search (at the bottom of the Search pane).
