Delete a user

This article is about the EY Catalyst Client Admin Console.

Important: Once you delete a user, they will no longer have access to any EY Catalyst applications. This may also remove all documents and any other content that this user created or that belongs to them in any application. It is safer to deactivate a user’s application identities.

1. Log into the EY Catalyst Portal.
2. Select EY Catalyst Client Admin Console.
3. Select the Users tab.
4. In the Users list, select the drop-down list next to the user’s name and select Delete User.
• To confirm deletion, select Delete.
• Alternatively, select Cancel to avoid deleting the user.
