Set an area's entity status

This article is about the EY Catalyst Client Admin Console.

Important: An area can be a licensed entity or a structural entity, but not both. You cannot make an area a structural entity if it falls below a licensed entity in the Area Tree, because that area automatically inherits licensed entity from its parent.

1. Select the Areas tab.
2. In the Area Tree, find the relevant area and select it.
3. The Edit Area details will appear on the right.
4. To make the area either a licensed or structural entity, select the relevant check box.
5. Select Save to confirm.
