Download safety observation list

This article is about the EY Catalyst Smart Daily Management application.

1. Launch the Safety Incident Elimination module; or select the hamburger button in the top menu panel and select Daily Management > Safety Incident Elimination.
2. The Safety Incident Elimination module opens with the Incidents tab selected. Ensure that you have selected the correct asset from the context menu.
3. Select the Observations tab.
4. Ensure that the correct asset for the safety observation list you want to download is selected from the context menu.
5. To download the list, select Download.
6. The safety observations list downloads as a CSV file. Depending on which web browser you are using, you may be prompted to choose a location to save the document or it may download to a default location. Check your web browser settings to locate the downloaded file.
