Manage observation task schedule

This article is about the EY Catalyst Smart Daily Management application.

1. Launch the Safety Incident Elimination module; or select the hamburger button in the top menu panel and select Daily Management > Safety Incident Elimination.
2. Ensure that you have selected the correct asset from the context menu. Select the Observations tab.
3. Scroll down to the Observation Points table.
4. Select Manage Observation.
5. The Observation Details page opens with Detail selected. Select Next or select Assign To in the navigation panel.
6. On the Select User page, you can choose whether to assign it to a team, a user role, or a specific user:

• • Select Team, User Role, or User in the first drop-down list.
  • In the second drop-down list, select the specific user, team, or user role.

7. Select Expiry/Escalation Rules in the navigation panel. You can optionally specify expiry or escalation rules for the Observation task.
8. Select Save Changes.
