This article is about the EY Catalyst Client Admin Console.
- Select the Users tab.
- Select the Search button (at the upper-right corner of the interface).
- Select the Identities tab to search using any of the boxes:
- Organization – Set to All by default.
- Area – Select the Edit button and find the user’s location.
- Application – Set to All by default.
- Instance – Use this to search when more than one version of the application is available.
- Role – Use this to search for the selected application and instance.
- To clear search filters, select Clear Search.
