This article is about the EY Catalyst Client Admin Console.
Important: You will only be able to import a list of users for a particular area, application identity and role at a time.
Example: For the Smart Deployment Console, you can import a list of all users who are Implementation Task Force (ITF) practice leaders at ‘Warehouse A’. However, you will need to import users who are Site Facilitators at ‘Warehouse A’ in a separate list.
- Select the Users tab.
- Select the Options button above the Users list and select Import Users.
- Next select Download Template (on the upper-right side of the Import Users screen).
- Save the ImportUsers_Template to your computer as an unformatted CSV file and complete for each user as follows:
- Organizational Email Address – Enter the user’s organizational email address.
- First Name – Enter the user’s first name.
- Last Name – Enter the user’s last name.
- Comments (optional) – Enter any comments that may be relevant.
- Training access – Enter ‘True’ if the User should have access to training material in the Smart Deployment Console; alternatively enter ‘False’.
- Save and Close the template.
- In the Import User dialog box, select Select File to upload the completed CSV template. Then complete the following information:
- Area – Select the area the users belong to.
- Application – Select the application they need to access.
- Role – Select the role used for the application.
7. Next select Import Users.
