Manage application access - Update assigned application – EY Catalyst Knowledge Centre

Select the Users tab.
In the users table, select the ellipses (…) next to the user name.
Select the Application access tab.
In the Select Application panel, select the application you want to give the user access to and toggle Enable.
In the Select and assign roles panel, select the application role you want to grant the user and select the radio button to enable the role.
In the Select and assign levels panel, enable the toggle for the appropriate level in the organization structure.
