Add new user - Assign application – EY Catalyst Knowledge Centre

Select the Users tab.
In the users table, select the ellipses (…) next to the user name.
Select Edit.
Select the Application access tab.
In the Select application panel, select the application you want the user to gain access to and toggle Enable.
In the Select and assign roles panel, select the application role you want to grant to the user and Select the radio button to enable the role.
In the Select and assign levels panel, enable the toggle for the appropriate level in the organizational structure.
