This article is about the EY Catalyst Client Admin Console.
Note: In line with security protocols, passwords must be reset on an agreed frequency. Client Administors can extend a password for a generic user account before it expires. This action cannot be performed before the expiry date, and the menu option to do this will not be active.
- Select the Users tab.
- Search for the relevant generic user account.
- Select the down-pointing arrow in the the Actions column.
- Select Extend Password.
- Complete the on-screen instructions and select Save.
