This article is about the EY Catalyst Client Admin Console.
Note: In line with security protocols, when a user enters an incorrect password four times the account will be locked. Client Administors can unlock a generic user account. This action cannot be performed if the account is not currently locked, and the menu option to do this will not be active.
- Select the Users tab.
- Search for the relevant generic user account.
- Select the down-pointing arrow in the the Actions column.
- Select Unlock Account.
- Confirm the action by selecting Yes.
- If the user does not remember their password, use the Create Password option to reset it and then notify the user of their new password.
