This article is about the EY Catalyst Smart Daily Management application.
- Launch the Quality Incident Elimination module; or select the hamburger button in the top menu panel and select Daily Management > Quality Incident Elimination.
- Ensure that you have selected the correct asset from the context menu.
- Scroll down to the Incident Severities table. Select In Review from the Status drop-down list.
- Select Next and Previous in the Incident Severities table to locate the quality incident severity you want to review.
- Select the row for the incident severity you want to review.
- Review all the information in the incident severity to ensure that it meets the required standards.
- If the incident severity is correct, complete all the steps in the article, Approve a new quality incident severity for release. If anything needs to be changed or updated, complete the steps in the article, Reject a new quality incident severity.
