This article is about the EY Catalyst Smart Daily Management application.
- Launch the Quality Incident Elimination module; or select the hamburger button in the top menu panel and select Daily Management > Quality Incident Elimination.
- If any elements of the incident severity are incorrect, select Reject Incident Severity. You may enter a comment describing the reason for rejecting the observation point in the Comments field. Select Save Changes.
