Create a new quality trigger threshold as draft

This article is about the EY Catalyst Smart Daily Management application.

1. Launch the Quality Incident Elimination module; or select the hamburger button in the top menu panel and select Daily Management > Quality Incident Elimination.
2. Select Triggers. Ensure that you have selected the correct asset from the context menu.
3. Scroll down to the Trigger Thresholds table and select +Thresholds.
4. Quality is automatically selected from the Type drop-down list.
5. Enter a name for the safety threshold in the Threshold Name box.
6. Specify a low range for the trigger threshold by entering a numerical value in the Range Low box.
7. Specify a high range for the trigger threshold by entering a numerical value in the Range High box.
8. To specify corrective actions related to a safety incident to the trigger threshold, enter a description in the Corrective Actions box.
9. Assign the threshold trigger a color to indicate priority using the Color slider.
10. Select Save Changes to add the trigger threshold.
