Review a safety incident severity

This article is about the EY Catalyst Smart Daily Management application.

1. Launch the Safety Incident Elimination module; or select the hamburger button in the top menu panel and select Daily Management > Safety Incident Elimination.
2. Ensure that you have selected the correct asset from the context menu.
3. Scroll down to the Incident Severities table. Select In Review from the Status drop-down list.
4. Select Next and Previous in the Incident Severities table to locate the incident severity you want to review.
5. Select the row for the incident severity you want to review.
6. Review all the information in the incident severity to ensure that it meets the required standards.
7. If the incident severity is correct, complete all the steps in the article, Approve a new safety incident severity for release. If anything needs to be changed or updated, complete the steps in the article, Reject a new safety incident severity.
