Download safety incident severity List

This article is about the EY Catalyst Smart Daily Management application.

1. Launch the Safety Incident Elimination module; or select the hamburger button in the top menu panel and select Daily Management > Safety Incident Elimination.
2. Ensure that you have selected the correct asset from the context menu.
3. The Safety Incident Elimination module opens with the Incidents tab selected. Scroll down to the Incident Severities table.
4. To download the list, select Download.
5. The incident severities list downloads as a CSV file. Depending on which web browser you are using, you may be prompted to choose a location to save the document or it may download to a default location. Check your web browser settings to locate the downloaded file.
