Execute a safety/quality behavior observation task

This article is about the EY Catalyst Smart Daily Management application.

1. Complete the steps in the article, Execute tasks.
2. Navigate to the safety or quality behavior observation task you want to execute.
3. Select the row for the task you want to execute.
4. The Observation Sheet opens for the relevant safety or quality observation task.
5. The Observer, Asset, Date and Shift boxes are populated automatically based on the selected observation point.
6. Select the title of each observation point and complete the following steps for each:

• • Check the observed behavior described for the observation point and select either Compliant or Non-Compliant.
  • Enter a description or comments about the observed behavior in the associated box.
  • If you provided feedback to the team related to the task, select Positive or Negative. By default, None is selected.
  • Enter a description or summary of the feedback provided to the team in the associated box.
  • Select Save changes.
