Review defect-related actions

This article is about the EY Catalyst Smart Daily Management application.

1. Launch the Defect Logging module; or select the hamburger button in the top menu panel and select Daily Management > Defect Logging.
2. Ensure that you have selected the appropriate context from the context menu.
3. The schedule for defect-related actions is displayed in two tables – Action List and Follow-Ups. You can use these tables to review the name, source, problem, operations owner, and due date for each defect-related action and follow-up action that has been added.
4. For more information about a defect-related action or a follow-up action, select its row in the appropriate table.
