Notify maintenance from Defect Logging

This article is about the EY Catalyst Smart Daily Management application

1. Launch the Defect Logging module; or select the hamburger button in the top menu panel and select Daily Management > Defect Logging.
2. Ensure that you have selected the correct asset from the context menu.
3. Scroll down to the Defects table and locate the defect you want to edit. Select Next and Previous to navigate the list of defects; or type the page number in the Page box if you know which page you want to view.
4. Select the row for the defect you want to edit.
5. Select Notify Maintenance.
6. Select Save Changes when you are done.

Note: Notification of maintenance only occurs if an interface with the maintenance management system has been established.
