This article is about the EY Catalyst Smart Daily Management application.
- Launch the Defect Logging module; or select the hamburger button in the top menu panel and select Daily Management > Defect Logging.
- Ensure that you have selected the correct asset from the context menu.
- Scroll down to the Defects table to view all the defects that have been logged.
- The Defects table lists the title of each defect and the defect status, priority, category, and type. It also lists the affected asset, the equipment subsection, and the component category. The table also lists the recommended action, how the defect was found, who it was assigned to, the date it was found, and the date it is scheduled for corrective action.
- You can choose whether to show only open defects or to include fixed or closed defects in the table. To show all defects, select Include Fixed/Closed defects.
- You can also choose to add one or more filters, including Status, Found By, Priority, and Recommended Action.
- Select Next and Previous to navigate the list of defects; or type the page number in the Page box if you know which page you want to view.
