Add centerline (CL) definition steps

This article is about the EY Catalyst Smart Daily Management application.

1. Complete the steps in the article, Create a new centerline (CL) definition as draft.
2. The Route Details tab opens with Detail selected. Select Steps In Route.
3. To add a new step, select +Add.
4. On the Details page, specify a name, subsection, description, and other settings as required.
5. Select Assign To in the navigation panel. Choose whether to assign the step to a user, team, or user role in the first drop-down list. Then choose a specific user, team, or role in the second drop-down list.
6. Select Expiry/Escalation Rules in the navigation panel. To add a rule, select +Add Condition or select Next to skip this step.

• • In the first drop-down list, choose to automatically expire the CL step or assign responsibility for escalating or expiring it to a user, team, or role.
  • To automatically expire the CL step, select Remove / Soft Delete from the drop-down list. Select the mins box and specify the expiration time in minutes.
  • To assign the responsibility for escalating the CL step, select Assign To in the first drop-down list. In the second drop-down list, choose whether to assign it to a user, team, or user role. In the third drop-down list, select a specific user, team, or role. You can also define a time limit in minutes in the mins box.

7. Next, you can specify execution rules for the CL step. Alternatively, you can skip to Step 9.
8. Select Execution Rules in the navigation panel. Select +Add Condition. From the drop-down list, select the rule for the condition.

• • If you select any active material, you need to specify an attribute for each material you specify.
  • If you add more than one condition, you need to choose whether both conditions need to apply or only one condition needs to apply.

9. Repeat steps 3-8 for all the steps you need to add.
10. Select Apply to save your changes.
