Review a clean, inspect, lubricate (CIL) definition

This article is about the EY Catalyst Smart Daily Management application.

1. Launch the Clean Inspect Lubricate module; or select the hamburger button in the top menu panel and select Daily Management > Clean Inspect Lubricate.
2. Ensure that the correct asset is selected from the context menu. Scroll down to the CIL table.
3. Select In Review from the Status drop-down list to view only CIL definitions that need review.
4. Select Next and Previous in the CIL table to locate the CIL definition you want to review.
5. Select the row for the CIL you want to review.
6. Review all the route details and the steps in the route. Depending on your organization’s processes, you may need to complete additional steps before you can either approve or reject the CIL definition.
7. If the CIL is correct, complete all the steps in the article, Approve a new clean, inspect, lubricate (CIL) definition for release. If anything needs to be changed or updated, complete the steps in the article, Reject a new clean, inspect, lubricate (CIL) definition.
