This article is about the EY Catalyst Smart Daily Management application.
- Launch the Loss Tree module of the My Analytics application; or select the hamburger button in the top-right corner and select My Analytics > Loss Tree.
- Ensure that you have selected the correct asset from the context menu.
- The first section of the Loss Tree module lists the total calendar time in hours, how much time was scheduled and excluded, and the total number of days and weeks measured.
- The first loss tree table summarizes the reason for each loss, the number of planned stops, the duration of planned downtime (PDT) in minutes, and the percentage of overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) loss caused by PDT.
- The second section of the loss tree lists the quality loss, rate loss, uptime, and mean time between failure (MTBF) in minutes. It also lists the efficiency, availability, tactical rates, and the OEE or process reliability (PR) as percentages.
- A series of graphs display the losses and downtimes for each asset in the selected context.
- Scroll down to the second loss tree table. This table summarizes the reason for each loss, the duration of unplanned downtime (UPDT) as a percentage, the duration of MTBF in minutes, the UPDT in minutes and the number of stops.
