Download the quality observation point list

This article is about the EY Catalyst Smart Daily Management application.

1. Launch the Quality Incident Elimination module; or select the hamburger button in the top menu panel and select Daily Management > Quality Incident Elimination.
2. Select Observations. Ensure that you have selected the correct asset for the quality observation point list you want to download from the context menu.
3. Scroll down to the Observation Points table.
4. To download the list, select Download.
5. The quality observation points list downloads as a CSV file. Depending on which web browser you are using, you may be prompted to choose a location to save the document or it may download to a default location. Check your web browser settings to locate the downloaded file.
