Download the quality incident severity list

This article is about the EY Catalyst Smart Daily Management application.

1. Launch the Quality Incident Elimination module; or select the hamburger button in the top menu panel and select Daily Management > Quality Incident Elimination.
2. The Quality Incident Elimination module opens with the Incidents tab selected. Select the appropriate asset and date range for the incident severities you want to download.
3. Scroll down to the Incident Severities table.
4. To download the list, select Download.
5. The incident severities list downloads as a CSV file. Depending on which web browser you are using, you may be prompted to choose a location to save the document or it may download to a default location. Check your web browser settings to locate the downloaded file.
