View quality observation points

This article is about the EY Catalyst Smart Daily Management application.

1. Launch the Quality Incident Elimination module; or select the hamburger button in the top menu panel and select Daily Management > Quality Incident Elimination.
2. Select Observations. Ensure that the asset and date range you want to view is selected from the context menu.
3. Scroll down to the Observation Points table.
4. The Observations Points table allows you to view all the quality observation points for the selected asset and filter the observations by their status, namely Draft, In Review, Processing, and Released.

• • To view only observations marked as compliant, select the Compliance downward-pointing arrow and select Compliant.
  • To view only observations marked as non-compliant, select the Compliance downward-pointing arrow and select Non-Compliant.

5. Select Next and Previous to navigate the list of observations. Or type the page number in the Page box if you know which page you want to view.
