View safety incident severities

This article is about the EY Catalyst Smart Daily Management application.

1. Launch the Safety Incident Elimination module; or select the hamburger button in the top menu panel and select Daily Management > Safety Incident Elimination.
2. The Safety Incident Elimination module opens with the Incidents tab selected. Ensure that you have selected the correct asset from the context menu.
3. Scroll down to the Incident Severities table.
4. The Incidents table allows you to view safety incidents according to their severity. Each organization sets its own standards for incident severity.
5. To view safety incidents with a specific severity, select the Severity downward-pointing arrow and select the severity you want to view.
6. Select Next and Previous to navigate the list of safety incidents. Or type the page number in the Page box if you know which page you want to view.
