Review safety observation point

This article is about the EY Catalyst Smart Daily Management application.

1. Launch the Safety Incident Elimination module; or select the hamburger button in the top menu panel and select Daily Management > Safety Incident Elimination.
2. Ensure that you have selected the correct asset from the context menu. Select the Observations tab.
3. Scroll down to the Observation Points table.
4. Select In Review from the Status drop-down list.
5. Select Next and Previous to navigate the list of safety observation points; or type the page number in the Page box if you know which page you want to view.
6. Select the row of the safety observation point you want to review.
7. Review all the details of the safety observation point.
8. If the safety observation point is correct, complete all the steps in the article, Approve new safety observation point for release.
9. If anything needs to be changed or updated, complete the steps in the article, Reject new safety observation point.
