View a quality trigger level

This article is about the EY Catalyst Smart Daily Management application.

1. Launch the My Tasks application on the Smart Daily Management home screen; or select the hamburger button in the top menu panel and select My Tasks.
2. Ensure that you have selected the correct asset from the context menu.
3. The current level of the quality risk for the asset is displayed on the right-hand side, with the title Quality Risk followed by the relevant risk level.
4. Select Quality Risk.
5. The Trigger Level – Quality page displays the current quality trigger score, the quality risk description, and a summary of the corrective actions.
6. The Reporter box displays the username for the person who set the quality risk, the Asset box displays the current asset, the Date box displays the current date, and the Shift box displays a description for the current shift.
