Update a quality trigger level

This article is about the EY Catalyst Smart Daily Management application.

1. Launch the My Tasks application on the Smart Daily Management home screen; or select the hamburger button in the top menu panel and select My Tasks.
2. Ensure that you have selected the correct asset from the context menu. Select Quality Risk.
3. In the Trigger Level – Quality page, check the table for the list of triggers that apply in this context. The table displays the number of points for any active triggers.
4. (Optional) If you need to set a risk level that overrides the calculated level defined by the quality trigger entries, select from the list under Custom Risk Level.
5. Locate any quality triggers that apply. Select Next and Previous to navigate the list of triggers.
6. Select This shift status for any triggers that have occurred during this shift.
7. The trigger score will update based on any triggers that have occurred during this shift.
8. Select Save Changes.
