Execute a clean, inspect, lubricate (CIL) task

This article is about the EY Catalyst Smart Daily Management application.

1. Complete the steps in the article, Execute tasks.
2. Navigate to the CIL task you want to execute.
3. Select the row for the task you want to execute.
4. The Type, Status, Asset, Machine status, Equipment sub section, Method, Description, Due Date, Tools, and Personal protective equipment boxes describe the task you need to execute.
5. Select Start to begin executing the task.
6. As you execute the task, enter any comments about the task in the Comments box.
7. If you need to create a defect related to the task, follow the steps in the article Create a defect.
8. Once you have performed all the steps for the task, select End.
