This article is about the EY Catalyst Smart Daily Management application.
- Launch the My Tasks application on the Smart Daily Management home screen; or select the hamburger button in the top menu panel and select My Tasks.
- Ensure that you have selected the correct asset from the context menu. In the Plan for the Day table, select +Action.
- Enter a description for the problem in the Problem box.
- Enter the required corrective action in the Action box.
- Enter a description of the solution in the Solution box.
- Select the Due Date box and select a date from the calendar module.
- Select Next or Assign To.
- On the Select User page, you can choose whether to assign it to a team, a user role, or a specific user:

- Select Team, User Role, or User in the first drop-down list.
- In the second drop-down list, select the specific user, team, or user role.
- Select Expiry/Escalation Rules in the navigation panel. You can optionally specify expiry or escalation rules for the Trigger task.
- Select Save Changes.
