View the safety trigger level

This article is about the EY Catalyst Smart Daily Management application.

1. Launch the My Tasks application on the Smart Daily Management home screen; or select the hamburger button in the top menu panel and select My Tasks.
2. Ensure that you have selected the correct asset from the context menu.
3. The color-coded trigger displays at the top of the page displays the current level of risk for the asset. The safety risk is displayed on the left-hand side, with the relevant risk level based on the trigger checklist result and ad-hoc trigger logs.
4. Select Safety Risk.
5. The Trigger Level – Safety page displays the current safety trigger score, the safety risk description, and a summary of the corrective actions.
6. The Reporter box displays the username for the person who set the safety risk, the Asset box displays the current asset, the Date box displays the current date, and the Shift box displays a description for the current shift.
