View follow-up actions

This article is about the EY Catalyst Smart Daily Management application.

Note: These items are the same in each configured meeting cadence.

1. Access the appropriate type of meeting. See the article, View a meeting.
2. Ensure that you have selected the correct asset from the context menu.
3. The Follow-Up Items - Long Term Plan table lists all the long-term follow-up actions for the current meeting cadence. For each action, it lists the source of the action, the problem, the operations owner and maintenance owner, and the due date.
4. Select Next and Previous to navigate the list of actions; or type the page number in the Page box if you know which page you want to view.
