Edit breakdown details

This article is about the EY Catalyst Smart Daily Management application.

Note: To fix the breakdown immediately and edit the options not mentioned here, follow the steps in the article, Fix breakdown once you have completed these steps.

1. Launch the Breakdown Elimination module; or select the hamburger button in the top menu panel and select Daily Management > Breakdown Elimination.
2. Ensure that you have selected the correct asset from the context menu.
3. Select the row for the breakdown you want to edit.
4. Select Details.
5. You can use the Dice Chart Key to edit the details about the breakdown:

• • Choose a different code from the Activity Code drop-down list.
  • Change the mechanical or electrical error from the Mechanical and/or Electrical drop-down lists in the Damage Code section.
  • In the Cause Code drop-down list, change the code for the breakdown.

6. You can edit the option to indicate whether the breakdown should have been detected using the CIL/Rounds by selecting either Yes or No.
7. Select Save.
