View the task action history

This article is about the EY Catalyst Smart Daily Management application.

1. Launch the Task Action History module of the My Analytics application; or select the hamburger button in the top-right corner and select My Analytics > Task Action History.
2. Ensure that you have selected the correct asset from the context menu.
3. The Task Action History table lists each task action by its type, asset, description, who it is assigned to, the material, the date it was created, its due date, the date it was closed, its status, and who completed it.
4. The Total Tasks panel displays the number of total tasks for the last 24 hours and the target number, expressed as a number of units.
5. The Total Actions panel displays the number of total actions for the last 24 hours and the target number, expressed in a number of units.
6. To compare the task action history of the current 24 hours to that of the previous 24 hours, hover over the up or down arrow in the summary panels.
