This article is about the Smart Deployment Console.
- Select the Search tab.
- Select the Search box and enter a search term or phrase.
- Next select the Search button to start the search.
- The Document Search tab will display the search result.
- The Search pane displays various search filters you can use to filter results:
- Type – Filter by client type documents and pathway type documents.
- Language – Filter by the language(s) subscribed to.
- Document Group – Filter by the document groups the content belongs to.
- Category – Filter by the category groups the content belongs to.
- Folder – Filter by the folder groups the content belongs to.
- Pathway – Filter by the pathways the content belongs to.
- Document Kind – Filter by the document kinds the content belongs to.
- File extension – Filter by the file extension groups the content belongs to.
- Select the Arrow next to a filter to expand it. The interface will display sub-category filters.
- Select the check box for the sub-category filter you want.
- The Document Search pane will display the results of that sub-category filter.
- Clear the check box to remove the filter.
Once complete, clear the search term/phrase from the Search box in the Search pane.
