Export a plan

This article is about the Smart Deployment Console.

1. In the Area Tree, find and select the relevant area.
2. Select the Planner tab.
3. Open the plan for a selected area.
4. Select More options (the three dots on the top bar) and select the format you want to download.
5. Depending on which format you choose, you may need to specify the following options:

• • Pathway – Select one of the Pathways in the current plan or select a specific Pathway to export.
  • Target Stage – Select the highest Stage you want to export.
  • Show Sub Action Count – Select this to show the number of sub actions required to reach the target Stage.
  • Start Date – Select the Calendar button and choose an appropriate date.
  • Target Date – Select the Calendar button and choose an appropriate date.

6. The assessment list report is generated in Microsoft® Excel. Locate the download (at the bottom of the interface) or access it from the Downloads folder.
