This article is about the Smart Deployment Console.
Important: You can create copies of an assessment in any area where you have permission to create assessments. Doing so only copies the assessment itself – no other objects associated with the assessment, such as action plans or linked assessments, are copied. As part of the process, you also need to change the name and date of the new copies to distinguish them from the original assessment.
- Select the Assessor tab.
- Select the assessment you want to copy using the Open an existing assessment and Select assessment lists.
- Select More options (the three dots on the top bar) and select Copy assessment.
- In the Paste Assessment dialog box, the current area will be displayed. This is where the assessment will be pasted by default.
- To select a different area, select the Area selector (the Area Tree icon). Then expand and select the appropriate Pathway where you want to move the assessment.
- Enter a description for the copied assessment in the Description box.
- Select the Calendar button and choose a new assessment date.
- Select Paste to save the copied assessment.
