Export Theme-Stage scores to CSV

This article is about the Smart Deployment Console.

Note: Assessments for all child areas that fall below the area you selected will also be included in the export.

1. In the Area Tree, select the parent area that contains the areas you want to generate the export for.
2. Select the Assessor tab.
3. Select Admin > Export Theme-Stage Scores to CSV.
4. In the Export Theme-Stage Scores to CSV dialog box, configure the following settings:

• • Select the Assessment Date From Calendar button and choose the start date.
  • Select the Assessment Date To Calendar button and choose the end date.
  • By default, the CSV file is compressed. To change this setting, select Compress CSV File.
  • Next select Export.

5. The CSV file will download as a zipped file. Locate the download (at the bottom of the interface) or access it from the Downloads folder.
6. After you unzip it, you can open it using a business application (such as Microsoft® Excel).
