Access training material

This article is about the Smart Deployment Console.

Important: You will only be able to access EY Catalyst training documents if the Smart Deployment Console administrator has granted you permission. The documents you have access to relate to the selected node of the Document Tree, i.e. the Pathway, Stage, Stop ‘n Think or the Implementation Action.

1. Select the Documents tab.
2. In the Document Tree, expand the Pathway you want to work with.
3. For the Stage node, select the relevant stage below the assessment template. The Documents pane will display a detailed manual for that stage.
4. For the Stop ‘n Think node, expand the relevant Stage. In the Documents Tree, select the tab you want to view:
• Select the page tab to display detailed content pertaining to the selected Stop ‘n Think.
• Select the paper clip tab to list associated content such as tools, templates and other training materials.
• Select the question mark tab to display the corresponding assessment criteria.
5. For the Implementation Action node, select the tab in the Documents Tree you want to view:
• Select the page tab to display detailed content pertaining to the selected Implementation Action.
• Select the paper clip tab to display associated content such as tools, templates and other training materials.
• Select the question mark tab to display the corresponding assessment criteria.
6. Hover your cursor towards the top end of the Documents pane. The following functions will be visible:
• Select the Rotate clockwise button to rotate the document.
• Select the Download button to download the document.
• Select the Printer button to print the document.
• Select the Bookmark button to set a bookmark within the document.
