This article is about the Smart Deployment Console.
Note: You must upload items one at a time: either a file, a Comment or a URL. If you switch tabs in the Manage Documents dialog box, you will lose all information on the current tab.
- In the Area Tree, select the area you want to add the document to.
- In the Document Tree in the Documents tab, locate the Pathway, Stage, Stop 'n Think or Implementation Action you want to add a file to.
- Next open Associated Documents in the center pane and select the Upload button.
- The Manage Documents dialog box opens, containing three tabs – File, Comment and URL.
To add files, select the File tab and configure these settings:
- Area – Confirm the area where this practice standard will apply.
- Title – Enter a display name for the file.
- Browse – Select the Browse button to locate the file.
To add comments, select the Comment tab and configure these settings:
- Title – Enter a display name for the file.
- Comment – Enter a comment.
To add URLs (internet or intranet links), you can use the Client Documents folder in the Document Tree.
5. Select Save to update.
