Convert Portfolio of Evidence documents to Practice documents

This article is about the Smart Deployment Console.

Note: Practice leaders can convert Portfolio of Evidence (POE) documents into practice documents in order to share them with specific areas or with the whole organization. The original POE document keeps its title and remains a POE document.

To convert assessment POE documents, complete the following steps:

1. Open the assessment where the POE was added.
2. Select the Paperclip button associated with the applicable criterion to open the Assessment Documents dialog box.

To convert implementation plan POE documents, complete the following steps:

1. Open the plan activity where the POE was added.
2. Open Associated Documents to locate the document.
3. Select the Convert button to convert the POE document into a best current practice document (BP).
4. In the Convert POE to Practice Document dialog box, configure the following settings:
• Area – Select the House button and specify the new area with which the document will be associated to.
• Title – Specify a name for this copy of the document.
• Select Save to update.
