Generate a Performance Practice Matrix

This article is about the Smart Deployment Console.

1. Select the Reporting tab.
2. In the Area Tree, select the organizational area whose report you want to view.
3. In the KPI Picker pane, expand the category name.
4. Select the check box of each KPI you want to include within the category.
5. In the Pathway Picker pane, select the Pathways to include:
• Select the check box of each Pathway you want to include.
• To select all Pathways, select the Select All check box.
6. Next specify a date in the Period section of the report pane. Select the Calendar button for Date From and Date To and choose appropriate dates for each.
7. In the Assessment Type section, select the check boxes of the assessment types you want to include.
8. The Weighted average check box is selected by default.
9. Next select the Run button (at the top of the interface) to generate the report.
10. Hover your cursor over the point(s) in the matrix to view the performance and practice scores for the organizational area.
