This article is about the Smart Deployment Console.
- Select the Reporting tab.
- Select Practice Matrix from the drop-down list (at the top right of the interface).
- In the Area Tree, select one or more areas to report on. (Refer to “Compare multiple areas using the practice performance matrix” on selecting multiple areas.)
- In the Pathway Picker pane, choose which Pathways to include:
- Expand or collapse a Pathway name to view the themes inside that Pathway.
- Select the check box of each Pathway you want to include.
- Alternatively, to select all Pathways, select the Select All check box.
- Specify a date in the Period section of the report pane. Select the Calendar button for Date From and Date To and choose appropriate dates for each.
Important: At this stage, you may select the Run button (at the top of the interface) to generate the report. If you want to include further options, complete the following steps:
6. To choose which assessment types to include, use the check boxes in the Assessment Type section.
7. To specify what values you want to show, use the check boxes in the Pathway Summary section. You
can select one or any combination of these:
- Minimum values displays the maturity score of the theme with the least progress per Pathway (appears light blue).
- Maximum values displays the maturity score of the theme with the most progress per Pathway (appears dark blue).
- Average values displays the average of all theme scores per Pathway (appears green).
8. To indicate whether you want to see the area, Pathway, or themes, use the check boxes in the Visual
Representation section:
- Only the Area – Displays a summary of each selected area
- Only the Pathway – Displays a summary of each selected Pathway
- Themes – Displays a summary of each selected theme
9. If you have applied any of the additional options, select the Run button to generate the report.
