Dashboard report

Important: The Dashboard calculates maturity ratings for a selected organizational area and all its child areas, provided that they contain baseline or normal assessments. Derived assessments and target assessments are excluded from the calculations because they do not necessarily reflect current Pathway maturity. Maturity ratings are calculated using the latest available assessments for all Pathways. When comparing areas, be aware that some areas may have assessments for many Pathways, while other areas may only have assessments for a single Pathway.

1. Select the Reporting tab.
2. In the Area Tree, select the organizational area whose report you want to view.
3. Next select Dashboard from the drop-down list (at the top right of the screen).
4. The Top 5 Area Maturity Ratings chart shows the areas with the top five overall maturity ratings across all available Pathways, within the highlighted area’s hierarchy. Only the latest available assessments are used to calculate the maturity ratings.
5. The Bottom 5 Area Maturity Ratings chart shows the areas with the bottom five overall maturity ratings across all available Pathways in the highlighted area’s hierarchy. The bars represent the maturity ratings. Hover your cursor over the bars to see the exact maturity rating and area path for each area.
6. The Area Maturity Ratings Scatter Diagram chart shows the maturity rating for all areas that contain baseline and normal assessments, within the highlighted area’s hierarchy. Each data point represents an area. Hover your cursor over the data points to see the exact maturity rating and area path for each area.
