Reset a password

This article is about the EY Catalyst Portal.

1. Open the EY Catalyst Portal – https://portal.catalyst.ey.com/.
2. Enter your username.
3. Select Next.
4. Above the Password box, select Forgot Password.
5. A message will ask you to enter your email address.
6. Once you have entered your email, select Reset Password.
7. Select the link provided in the email entitled Password Change Request.
8. On the Change Your Password screen, configure the following settings:
• New password – Enter your new password.
• Confirm new password – Enter your new password again.
• Next select the Reset Password button to confirm.
9. Once successfully logged in, you will be granted access to the EY Catalyst Portal.
