This article is about the EY Catalyst Portal application.
These errors occur when a user tries to access multiple instances of EY Catalyst at the same time and, possibly, when a user has recently accessed one environment without logging out of that session before beginning a new one different environment.
This may present as a "403 Forbidden" error, a "bad request" error or the following:
When getting one of these error messages users will need to:
- Clear their cache settings
- Clear their session cookies
- Fully close all browser windows
Once the three steps are completed please:
- Reopen your browser window
- Navigate to EY Catalyst Portal
- Login again
